Online payment security

Returns and exchanges

Here at Shirley C Lingerie we want you to be able to purchase products in the knowledge that they can be returned if unsuitable or faulty.

It's unusual for our customers to return goods, but should you need to send anything back we ask that all items:

• Are returned within fourteen days of purchase
• Are unworn
• Have original labels in tact
• Are in the original packaging

Providing items are returned correctly we then are more than happy to exchange or refund the full cost of the goods.

When returning items the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Shirley C Lingerie. We always recommend you obtain proof of postage. Refunds are not available for postage.
